Introduction to MATLAB and Simulink
Course Details
Background
MATLAB and SIMULINK are one of the most popular softwares in the world used in Engineering, Finance, Economics and many other fields. Models are created to help understand how different systems behave and interact. This course is meant for persons who wish to being learning how to create and simulate models in different domains such as finance, economics, mathematics, physics and many others. The course is structured in such a way that it will give someone an opportunity to easily understand and become proficient in modelling and simulation in MATLAB and SIMULINK in a short space of time.A person who learns this course will have a competitive advantage when it comes to data modelling and simulations of scenarios and situations.
Rationale
The course is designed to get acquainted with the MATLAB software and its applications in various fields of Science, Engineering and allied domains. This course starts from the elementary topics, then progressively and systematically advances to more advanced (but well explained) topics in MATLAB. It touches the major topics Engineers, Economist and Scientists meet on daily basis and major aspects of MATLAB you need to progress to become an expert. After this course, one can stand boldly and tackle difficult problems on there own with MATLAB and be able to proceed and specialize on any aspect of MATLAB they choose to.
