Background

Commodity marketing is one of the most challenging roles of a farmer in Zambia.  Currently, farmers end up selling commodities at low and unprofitable prices.  This could emanate from lack of knowledge in purpose of commodity production, marketing instruments, strategy and managing marketing elements to farmers’ advantage. This course attempts to equip farmers with some of these aspects with a view to change the marketing to their advantage.
