The Mulungushi University Council, Members of Executive Management, Staff and Students warmly congratulate Dr. Tuesday Bwalya on his appointment as Permanent Secretary for Muchinga Province.
Until his appointment, Dr. Bwalya served with distinction as a Member of the Mulungushi University Council and Vice Chairperson of the Council since 2023, where he provided valuable leadership, guidance and support to the governance and development of the University. His contributions and commitment to the advancement of Mulungushi University have been greatly appreciated by the entire University community.
As he takes on this important national responsibility, the University expresses its sincere gratitude for his service and wishes him continued success as he contributes to the development of Muchinga Province and the nation at large.
