ALVIN K. KABEMBA | Lecturer III

Alvin Kabemba is a Mechanical Engineering lecturer at Mulungushi University, focusing on Thermofluids. Prior to joining Mulungushi University, he served as a Lecturer and Programme Coordinator at the City University of Science and Technology (CUST) in Zambia. He also worked as a Commercialisation Associate at the London City Incubator, City, University of London (now City St George’s, University of London), where he collaborated with academics to commercialise their research outputs, conducted commercial feasibility and market analyses, and advised on the best optimal commercialisation strategies. His professional background further includes roles at Stanbic Bank Zambia Limited and Konkola Copper Mines Plc.

Alvin earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Zambia in 2004. He went on to complete his MSc in Mechanical Engineering at City, University of London in 2013, with a focus on Advanced Energy Systems, Thermofluids, Combustion Systems, and Renewable Energy Technologies.
