NOTICE TO ALL APPLICANTS FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC YEAR ENROLMENT
It has come to our attention that certain individuals are creating WhatsApp groups under the guise of assisting applicants, and are soliciting for money from unsuspecting applicants and members of the public. Scammers are using applicants’ information to request payment of fees to unauthorized accounts.
Please be informed that Academic Office – Admissions is the only unit responsible for managing the admissions processes. To avoid falling victim to scams, applicants are advised to follow the official application procedure:

Deposit the application fee of K250 into the Mulungushi University ZANACO Bank Account No. 1067654300160 at any ZANACO branch nationwide.
International Applicants should transfer US$50 in the name of Mulungushi University, Account No. 1067654300160, Zambia National Commercial Bank, Kabwe Branch.-

Attach a scanned copy of the bank deposit slip or evidence of the bank transfer as part of your online application.

Attach certified copies of your certificate or statement of results (failure to attach these documents will result in your application being rejected).

Attach all additional qualifications.

Attach a copy of your National Registration Card (NRC), or a copy of your passport for international applicants.
Alternatively, you may download the application form from the University website:
www.mu.ac.zm and follow the application instructions.
