The ICT department is more of a service / infrastructure / support unit.
Its responsibilities include:providing ICT infrastructure and systems across the university (for teaching, learning, admin, research).
Maintaining critical university systems.
Developing systems in-house to meet unique stakeholder needs.
Providing ICT training to students and staff.
