Victor is a lecturer in psychology and has research interest in psychometrics(development and validation of psychological measures), industrial psychology/human resource management and development/public administration, traffic psychology, career psychology, health psychology(mental health),education psychology, consumer behavior, sports psychology, forensic psychology and child psychology. He has reviewed several papers for the Asian Journal of economics, business and accounting. He is qualified psychometrician with an accreditation certificate with the human Capital Management (HUCAMA) and a registered Industrial psychologist with the health professional council of South Africa, Associate member of the Zambia institute of human resource management (ZIHRM) and a member of the psychology association of Zambia. He has supervised several undergraduate and postgraduate students in research. He possess basic statistical analysis competencies for SPSS (Correlation, Regression analysis(Multiple,Canonical,stepwise etc) and sophisticated analysis skills for confirmation factor analysis and structural equation modelling using several softwares such as LISREL, SMART PLS, STATA, AMOS etc. He was part of the university endowernment committee.
Education Background
Victor possess a master’s of commerce and Honour’s degree with commerce in industrial psychology from the university of Stellenbosch. He also has a bachelor’s degree in education with psychology from the University of Zambia. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of commerce degree in industrial psychology with the University of Stellenbosch.
